The local church of the Lord meeting in Lawrence, Kansas, attempts to participate in a corporate worship that is as much like the churches we can read about in the New Testament as possible.
How We Express Our Worship
In an attempt to comply with First Corinthians 14:40, to "Let all things be done decently and in order," our worship is expessed as follows:
VISITORS: If you visit us, you don't have to feel obligated to participate in any part of our worship; we have no desire to make you feel uncomfortable. We don't single you out during worship, nor do we expect any donations from you; just visit, observe, and question.
